Tusker House at AK is a lot of fun! :thumbsup2

Thanks squirrel! Is it worth it to go for breakfast inside the parks and miss the openings?

If you're going to AK then you can get a pre-opening reservation, which is great for AK because the animals tend to be out earlier in the day.

Thanks I'll definitely look into it and see what my DH thinks!

Does anyone know if OxyClean comes in single use squares like dishwasher soap does? We will have access to laundry in this trip, and my skin is very sensitive. No dyes, odors, etc. I found the Seventh Generation detergent we use in aforementioned square at Target. I have an OxyClean gel stick for spots, but my youngest DS takes after his mother & is messy Marvin. I never fail to get food on my shirt thanks to my big ****s (believe me, after kids and 40, they those their value as well as perk;). I would like some OxyClean for the stains we miss!

TIA!
PS My DH picked up a great Disney laundry tip for those of you without sensitivity. Their are these great laundry sheets by Purex you just throw in the wash. No fuss, no muss, no liquid, and they are easy to pack. HTH

I think they do. I'd check near the checkout lines at the grocery store.

I don't know about Oxyclean, but I buy Clorox2 (for colors) in pods and they work great!

Thanks! I checked the Target I was at, but they could have been out. They were out of the borax I needed to make Halloween glow in the dark slime:). If no OxyClean, Clorox 2 will do!

Thanks Again!
PS This is our first long stay (11/15-11/24) as DVC members so if anyone has any tips on what we should ship down ahead of time or a good grocery delivery service, PLMK. We have some wonderful dining reservations, but I cannot afford to pork out! I injured my feet 3 years ago trying an at home Biggest Loser, gained all the weight I lost back, but I am happy to report thanks to PT & pain management I only have 22 left to lose to get back to my pre-injury weight:).

hows everyone doing this afternoon? what is left on everyones to do list?

We are 22 days away from our trip.
I still have one t-shirt to make. Also, I'm going to try and make an outline of our park days just to be used as a guide. Our trip this time is only 5 full days (opposed to 9 days on 1st trip and 11 days on 2nd trip) so we need to use our time efficiently.

I'm especially excited about F&W festival. Some dishes look really good.

My to do list.

I still have 1-2 outfits per girl to make and several t-shirts to make. I also want to make 2 little skirts for my neice.

The biggest thing is I need to make my daily park plans (Priorties, best times list etc) for each day. I'm having a hard time starting on that.

I've lost a lot of weight this year, so I need to go shopping for clothes to wear at WDW. I have one pair of jeans that physcially don't fall off me, but they are still too big. I want to lose 10 more pounds so I'm holding off on shopping until the last possible minute.

Is anyone planning on swimming? With the average high being 78 I'm concerned it might be a little chilly. My blood has thinned living in Texas for sure.

There is no way I would swim outside (I don't care if the water is heated) in Nov in FL. 78 (especially if that is the high temp - that means colder during the day) is not warm enough for me to get in the water.

I'm a southern girl. I was cold in an indoor waterpark this weekend that was supposedly heated to the mid 80's.

I will be hard pressed to keep my big girls out of the pool! They are used to swimming in a heated outdoor pool (my parents inground pool is still open and it's nowhere near warm in NJ!).

I doubt I will get in, but my husband probably will.

MY DD and her friend will most likely swim but I won't. Unless it is uncommonly warm, even heated pools are too cool for me in November.
