I don't think it is to close to breakfast. Especially for a snack or dessert. The only thing I would question is your ME time. But I have no experience with that. Because we drive.

OUr flight takes off at 8pm so ME will pick us up at POR at 430 so I thought if we left by 345ish thats plenty of time so if I got a 145 ressie it should be fine I think.

I'm still trying too--5th call today--no availability last week in November. Can you direct me to the thread you saw that on? I can't find it. Maybe they're calling a different #? I am so upset about this. Started at 7 on the dot yesterday--no luck

I just got so happy reading that Mickey's BBQ is one of your favorites. I keep questioning it because of all the negative reviews but I really think my family would like it so I keep hanging onto it.

We did Mickey's BBQ on our last trip and it was an interesting experience. As an adult it was somewhat underwhelming with the food to value ratio, but our kids absolutely loved it. There's a fair amount of time commitment and it burns two dining plan credits, so you have to take that into account. The food was very typical BBQ fare, hot dogs, hamburgers and chicken with a handful of sides. You don't go for the food though, you go for the kids to get to dance with Mickey and Minnie and friends. I'll say that it was fun once, but we'll pass for sure this coming trip.

We have been 2 times. You do have to plan plenty of time to arrive EARLY. If your kiddos like photos & autographs w/characters, Chip 'n Dale are dressed to grill & Goofy in his western finest. Those 3 come out to M&G before seating.

We thought the food for BBQ was great (ribs were best, chicken good, hamburgers not so great). The boys LOVED THE FOOD. They also loved dance w/characters. Mickey & Minnie in their western finest also poses for photos outside of pavilion about half way through the show. Not sure if they do autographs. There are also hayrides at Fort Wilderness you can take (the later one allows you to see MK fireworks).

It does take up a good chunk of time bus hoping or taking ferry over & back from MK. Basically, you'll have to plan it as an evening off from the parks. It was a relaxing evening for us.

My goodness!! There are some bitter, BITTER Disers over at the BOG ADR thread! Sooooo glad I do not have plans to dine there for dinner! We'll be doing lunch.

To all who were successful in getting your ADRs at BOG and all other Disney restaurants, KUDOS!! Don't let the haters get you down.

To all others who're still working on your ADRs, best of luck! Keep trying! Anything can happen between now and Nov!!
