I am thinking April 16th they will post hours to the TA site. they posted the October ones on March 16th. I can't wait to finalize my plans!

We need a countdown clock for this now, LOL. I need HOURS!!! Once known, I can book plane tickets and start picking which park, which day, and ADRs

Me too. I don't need plane tickets, but parks and ADRS will have to wait for hours and it is driving me crazy!

I hear ya Bronco Billy! I am anxiously awaiting the hours so I can do the same planning you are doing. Our planning will be worth it (plus it is fun).

Just wanted to let everyone know who is waiting, I called Disney today looking to see if I have a pin attached to my name (which I didnt )

But while speaking with her I told how my family really wanted to go the last week of November but without a discount didnt think we would be able to swing it. She asked what kind of discount I was hoping for I replied any discount would be great at this point, but with 5 people free dining would be great. Her reply was, you might want to put some money down to hold your spot. I said why I didnt want to just put money down without a discount, she replied its going to fill up fast when we release free dining for those dates!!

Just figured I would let everyone know.

I can get plane tickets now if I want to, but if I need to shift the trip a day forward or back to accommodate things like MVMCP, etc, I can't once I buy the tickets.

Once I see hours, we can see when MK closes at 7:00 and can roughly guess those are the MVMCP nights

But even if you put down the deposit, and hold your spot, you still have to call in to get the discount applied, and don't they only offer so many rooms per resort per week on the discount, so even having a trip booked now will save some time, but not 100% guarantee the discount?

Also, was the CM going on something they heard, or past history of the November discounts?

We are going first week of November. Does anyone recall a room only discount last year? FD or room only would be great for that week.

We are going Nov 22- Dec 2 hoping for free dining at least part of the trip. Any discount would be nice. We would really like to stay at AoA. I see they are doing the AAA discount. Do you just call disney and they apply it or do you have to go thru a AAA travel agent?

Tell me about it. We have a tentative plan but we need to have more time with the hours to really get our ADR's to correspond with preferred days. There's so much to plan for, that it's a bit overwhelming and I would like some time before ADR's are to be made to ensure I've not overlooked anything.

Currently we're guessing park hours, parades, fireworks, shows, and Christmas parties based on the 2011 dates..... therein danger lies.

I feel like if the "room only" discount is offered again this year for similar times, the max discount would be 35% at the Deluxe and Deluxe Villas. My hypothesis is that because new Fantasyland will be open late this year, that will be enough entice guests. Therefore, I assumed there is unlikely to be free dining. Just a guess and I hope I'm wrong. Perhaps because the US economy is so poor they'll offer it anyway as an extra added incentive.

For us, the room discount is much better, but if FD is all that's offered, we will take it-no doubt!! If we do FD, then i will probably see if he would rather do the POR instead of the BC--it's his favorite resort overall, but it would save so much more $$!

I check the TA site every morning to see if November hours have been released. I'm thinking they will come out early next week (hopefully Monday).

We are paying for our meals OOP because I cannot add the dining plan to the discounted room rate we have. So I need to start saving for all these meals!!!!

I've been watching this thread forever and I guess it's time to join in. We will be there Nov 17-24 with family staying at Kidani Village using our DVC points. However, DH and I are going to arrive on Nov 15 to spend a couple of days on our own. Just booked a Royal Guest room at POR. It has always been our favorite moderate. Those 2 nights are costing me around $535!! I'm hoping for an AP or room only discount. Otherwise I will probably switch to a regular room. DH really wants this room for me since this trip is to celebrate my 60th and my granddaughter's 6th and Mickey's birthday. Yes, all on the same day!
