I would love to but I have no idea how to upload an excel spreadsheet. :confused3 I saw the idea on these boards. Basically, instead of words I found clip art for resorts, rides, attractions, restaurants, MVMCP, etc, and put them in place of the words for each day. This way DS (since he hasn't learned how to read yet) can look at it each day and see what we are doing. Each night after the kids go to bed, I'll put the next day's itinerary in their Disney book along with any "coupons" for the day.

So I signed up on the WDW website for the first time over this past weekend in the hopes of getting a PIN for my November trip. I ordered the vacation planning DVD and saved three trips.

Fast forward to yesterday morning and I have an email from Disney Destinations with the subject "A Disney Gift for You!" I was sooooo excited opening it!!! I thought I had gotten a PIN already!

However, it turned out to be a free downloadable Disney snowglobe :rotfl: Cool, buttt you can imagine my disappointment!!

Ohhh nooo! That's just mean! Shame on Disney! :sad2:

That sounds like such a good idea. What an awesome mom you are!! :goodvibes

I have to admit I don't know how to put the ticket I made into a "signature" on this board.:rolleyes1

I still haven't booked my trip. Not only am I waiting for a great deal (oh don't worry I'll book long before one ever finds me) but my boss hasn't given me the time off.

I am thinking about changing my dates because I just learned about "Jersey Week".

This is my first time going in November so I had no idea! My dates are right now November 3-8 or 9th and I was just informed that lots of families from NJ come down that week due to no school. I am so bummed that it sounds like it will be a busy week!

I really want to catch the F&W Festival so I guess I could go November 10-15/16th and catch the last 2 days.

Any thoughts or experiences with this Jersey week? Does Jersey Week affect any potential free dining offers? Are you guys all planning around it too?

289 day!!! YES!!

I googled Dis tickers and made a ticker from that site, then you just copy and paste in the whatever you call it (like my technical term? :lmao:) in your signature, which you can get to from the User CP link on the disboards. I'm sure someone can give you much better directions, but I hope this helps a little. :goodvibes

I hope your boss will hurry up and approve your time off.

Some people say Jersey week is crowded. I know people who go and say it's not a big deal. I've never been that week personally so I have don't know. Maybe you could google some historical crowd calendars to see how crowded that week has been in the past? :confused3 Or maybe someone else will know.

I do know the last weekend of the F & W Festival is also when the F&W Half Marathon is, as well as, Columbus Day so that will draw more crowds. That being said, I'm not letting it stop me. I'll be arriving on the 11th. I just wanted you to be aware of everything that is going on. :)

I did get the thingy and paste it, no luck, I tried all three types and the preview shows computer lingo no pretty picture. :surfweb:

Ours came in snail mail today - and of course we had already booked our trip. But our travel agent is awesome and with AAA, so she called and got Disney to give us the discount. Just 20% off the room but every bit helps.

Now we shall see if free dining gets offered later.....I need every discount I can get!

And a ticker....hmmmmm.

I was wondering about "Jersey Week" affecting deals as well, but I think what might affect deals at that time would be Veteran's Day more than an unofficial exodus from Jersey

Crowd wise, our first trip as a couple was during the week of Christmas/New Year's Eve, so I do not think anything else could top the parks crowdwise, so I am not worried.

It's almost February! :cool1: 2012 is moving along! The faster time flies, the sooner we get to WDW. Keep busy, everyone! PLAN, PLAN and REPLAN!

That's great! I've heard (don't know for sure) that Disney will only allow you to use a room discount or FD, but not both. Can anyone confirm? Will Disney allow you to use a AAA room discount with FD? How much is AAA room discount? I've considered joining AAA, but I can't find any definitive information on their site... it just says discounts, but not the amount of discounts.

Good morning ya'll. :goodvibes

In exactly 4 months I make my ADRs.

Good morning! I have no idea how long til my ADRs! Guess I need to check on that. I know it's sometime in May. :rolleyes1

Yay!! While I'm waiting for my boss to approve my trip I should plan where I'll make my ADR
