We just got back and was able to book a bounceback rate for Nov 30 till dec 7th for the all stars for 65$ plus tax. Anyone know if the AP rate will be cheaper?

Forgive me for repeating a question, but where exactly do you get the code from? We've booked a vacation w/ disney prior and I also have the Rewards Visa. Am I just not getting it?

You may have to go online and make sure that you have e-mail notification included in your preferences for your Disney Visa. The last e-mail sent out regarding discounts was the free dining plan.

We are planning on going Nov. 28th to Dec. 7th This is the week after Thanksgiving. Can anyone help me with some questions.

1. Weather How is it? We are bad in the heat more so the humidity.
2. Crowds - Are they bad or do they taper off?
3. Codes- Do you think they will come out for this week?
4. Is there anything I should know going ahead with planning?

1. We have gone to Disney late November for the past 2 years. The first year we went during Thanksgiving week and the weather was quite cold. We had to buy gloves and couldn't wear shorts all week. Last year we went after Thanksgiving and the weather was perfect, not cold and not hot. The humidity was relatively low both times.

2. When we were there during Thanksgiving, I noticed that the crowds got worse as the week went by and peaked Wednesday night and Thanksgiving day. When we went after Thanksgiving the crowds were much better, even though I didn't think the crowds were horrible during Thanksgiving week.

3. We were able to use the code that came out last year for our entire stay the Saturday after Thanksgiving to the following Friday. I think we saved almost $500 at CBR.

4. Look at the weather forecast a few days before you leave. I was not prepared for the cold weather that first year. Be prepared to have a great time.

If I am understanding it right-- the "code" from WDW comes to you in either email or postcard and is VERY random in terms of who gets them when.

The Disney Visa code (I think comes via email) and comes about 3 months prior to the date they are available-- ie-- for our November trip we would get one in August.

Can I call Disney or my TA and see if there's a code attached to my name? Would they have record of having sent that? I don't know if it would even work, since we have a land/sea package- but maybe, huh? It was a month or two ago.

I got a code today!!!
well I was super excited when I received an email to our family and called and then found out it was equal to 200.00 ...... well woop dee doo is what I say. seriously i can get that with CAA.....
I heard people recently talking about going on to disney.com and filling out the travel planner thing....I did that and got the pin email. It's only for Aug-sep and a bit of october and 6 nights Nov. 9-15 or Dec. 7-13th only. and it's only a discount on the room only rate not anything else.
If you want extra nights its regular rate.
So.....that was no big deal.
I am going to call CAA tomorrow and get the regular % rate off and go the dates I prefer.

Yes, you should be able to call Disney Reservations and ask if there is a code attached to your name. I've done that in the past. If the code is still valid, the CM should be able to apply it for you. Good luck!

I called the other day to see if there are any codes in my name or my DH name and they even let me check the names in our gg but no one had a code in there name Hopefully we will get one before our trip.

Is the 30% savings for a package or room only???? I have never done "bounceback" and actually thought that it was just a "free dining" thing. When I am down there in November I am going to have to see what kind of "bounceback" specials they are running.
