I was able to get an 8:35 ADR at Cape May on Thanksgiving day. I know they have availablity on 11/26. Everytime I call for the Princess Storybook Breakfast, they try to "sell" me the Cape May breakfast!

I'll spare you all the awful details, but I figure some nice people on the DIS should be able to take advantage of these great places and times. I've been trying and trying but with no luck. Unfortunately I have nothing to trade. My daughter decided she wants to have breakfast with Mickey...
I'm looking for Monday October 27th but will be there from 10-25 thru 11-9 and will try to accomodate other dates. I'm going to post this on the October and November lists. Here's hoping for some pixie dust to come our way.

Of all the luck...we had an ADR on 11/6 at 8:10 at Boma for 9 of us and it was accidentally cancelled!!! When I tried to recoup my reservation I was unable to get 1 table...HELP!!!

If you are able to book a reservtion for 2 tables then don't hesitate to do it. In all the years we have been to WDW we have had to book 2 talbes on many occasions and not once have we not gotten seated together. That being said it could happen and has happened to some but being that your ressie is for 8:10 I don't think you will have a problem. Is this for dinner?

Yep..I actually did book 2 tables..for 6 and 3..for 8:10..for dinner..

I continue to call back and ask if 1 large table has opened up, but to no avail..

The cast member always tells me they do everything they can to seat you together, but hearing it from a fellow Diser makes all the difference..

I know this is not what you wanted to hear but last year when we went to le cellier people were being turned away that did not have reservations. They were just saying that they do not take walk ups. Hopefully someone will cancel before you go.

I would say definetely just keep trying! I was just able to get a ADR for 5 at Le Cellier for lunch on Nov. 20th. I've been trying with no luck for a few weeks, so you never know when someone will cancel. Good luck!!

I will be cancelling nov 11 animal kingdom reservations for Yak and Yeti, party of 2, and Rainforest Cafe for a party of 6 in about 10 minutes...hope this helps someone!

Last year we also tried to walk up and were told they were booked. The majority of restaurants that week do not accept walk ups. You do have a chance at an ADR for restaurants requireing a credit card hold. Those people have to can and cancel.
