Hey anyone have any codes for these days? New to the board and looking for help. I dont really want to stay in one of the All Star resorts but would be interested in anyones opinions about these value resorts. Thanks

I see you went to Disney Land and stayed at the GC. How did you like the GC? What time of year did you go. We were thinking of going August 2008 but I'm afraid it may be to hot.

We just got a post card in the mail with a discount PIN code. It was for Value Resorts @ $59 a night.

The only problem is that its good for until 9/29. We're looking to go in November from the 2nd to the 10th.

I hope we get another post card with later dates discounted.

I was also wondering if this discount is also good on moderate or deluxe hotels and what those prices would be.

Here's to hoping for another discount code good in November.

I'm getting so excited! I know it is still a ways until November. Anyone here can recommend a good place to eat a dinner for 9 (kids and adults) for my birthday?
I am hoping to find a FUN place

It's really not that bad in August. The nice thing about CA weather is that the mornings and evenings are quite cool. You hit the heat of the day in the late afternoon, right about when you're ready to wind down and go for a swim and go find supper anyway.

The GC is lovely. We stayed there in August a few years back for our anniversary. Since we usually stay off-property at DL, it was a real treat. Be sure to have at least one special dinner at Napa Rose in the hotel, too.

My daughter's birthday is Nov. 10. We are going to her favorite park, Animal Kingdom that day. Unfortunatly the Donald's Breakfastasauraus is being redone which is are favorite breakfast place so we booked Rainforest. At night for dinner we made res. for Chef Mickey.

This is a surprise trip for her 10th birthday.

My DD will turn 5 on November 10th! We made ADRs for CRT breakfast so she could be in the castle with all the princesses for her BDay. I heard that instead of Donald's Breakfastaurus there would be a new character meal at AKL instead. I'm not sure though.

I love the princess breakfast. She thinks at 9 she is to old for princesses. The new Breakfastaurus opens on Nov 15. The CM said to try back a month ahead of time. If they are ahead of schedule they will open sooner and take reservations. The new meal will now have Daisy and Donald. Our two favorite characters.

Make sure to stop at Main Street and get a happy birthday button for your daughter.

Yes, at the Tusker House. It is going to close to refurbish and will reopen on Nov 17. The Restrauntosauras closed the breakfast buffet on Nov 5. We are going to WDW from Nov 8-Nov 13 so we fall right in between the dates. Hopefully renovations will be ahead of schedule so it is open on Nov 10. All the info is on Allears.net

I am having the Disney itch after I swore we were not going for a year. We went in March 07 and said we were not going until 09. And now I am thinking of this Novemeber. I keeep thinking if I get a great rate I can ok it. I need to see my dad though but I want to go to Disney. I am a horrible daughter!

I called to make a payment on our trip today and asked if I had a Pin Code. The very nice agent stated that it was still a bit ealier for a code and that I would get a notice in the Post when one became avaliable. I will contiune to check each time I call to make a payment. She did say that early to mid August would be when the codes for Nov. would come out.
