Mine is easy and boring--Gina D. Harmon--so..Gdharmon. If I had it to do over I would try for something more glamorous. It's coming a BIG STORM here now. The temp is going to drop from 81 to 39 degrees. That's mink coat weather here. :cold:

Okay, I posted these pictures several weeks ago (and didn't get ANY response), but all the talk of submarine portholes and tropical storms makes them seem appropriate again. These were taken Jan 1987 on the Big Red Boat (now that was a dumpy ship!). We were catching the tale end of a storm. This was out our porthole - actually had a metal cover you could close and clamp down - which I did. When the ship rolled one way, we were under water. When it rolled the other way, we could see sky (and waves).

 OH MY GOSH!! I am not sure I would have wanted that port hole. Maybe an inside cabin would have been better!

o.k. guys, things are REALLY NUTS here.....I might have to tie more than one on.....anyone else w/me?

Whew!!GEEEEEZZZZZ, I had just finished reading the last 6 pages of post. Man, we are in a hurry for 5000 or are we going bananas  !!!

First....Maria, good luck on your test...I know you will do just fine. I'm just a little worried about you :bitelip: because you might be focusing on the wrong thing...like DISNEY CRUISE....or not just thinking of it but writing anything on your test paper with disney words. OOooh...just be careful.

WAY TO GO, MASON!!! YEP...that teacher is mostly definately JEALOUS! Mason is just a kid who is expressing himself...having a fun time!!! What's wrong with that?! :confused3

Anyway, I'm still very BEHIND on getting things done. I had to work today, rush home to fix dinner for the STARVING kids and go back out to the bank, drop of videos and drop of mail at postoffice. Go to the computer to read the post and now I'm typing away and don't know what to say next. OH yeah, I got to go back to work tomorrow, finish up troweling away and hopefully get out early enough to get things done and ready before leaving FRIDAY afternoon. I have too much to do in such very little time. My DH left this morning(4:30) to California and won't get back until Thursday night...hmmmm, don't you think this was planned? I have to refer back to Grammy about MEN! Don't get me wrong, but I'm not Super woman from Incredibles. I love my hubby so much but I'm having trouble with TEENS...three of them, trying to get them to help...all it is...is complain, complain, complain. They are so good doing that it drives me coo coo. :crazy2: :crazy2:

I'm ready to join with ya'll for a DRINK...anything will do. ugh...I need to get on that boat!!!

Hey Willie and Lampy...do you remember last year at CC, I was swimming around and then I saw you two on your rafts drinking your beers. I just thought of something...Lampy, can your cooler float on water? You got to think of something...so you don't have swim back to shore to get more beer and swim back out to the water....what service. :rotfl2:

Hey Goofy -

we were on the BRB, too :-) In 1995. My kidlets were tiny then!

These photos are making me seasick.

no thank you!!! I was on a boat trip like that once, only the boat was much smaller which makes the waves seem bigger.

Hopefully you are looking at John's car he's been talking about. Sorry Lampy and Doogie, his car goes faster than yours.

Paul- That must have been a memorable trip. We also went on Premier cruise lines a couple if times. We had one trip where the boat was really rocking one night. The kids up in the club (which I recall was still called Pluto's playhouse, even though Disney no longer had anything to do with Premier) were all getting sick. I remember trying to walk down the hall ways, and bumping from one wall to the other, and no I was not drunk.

The port holes on Deck one on the Magic also have metal covers so you can close them if you get tired of looking at the sea life.
