Just want to ask/tell the 2004 Turkeys about Mel (crsndisny)....do ya'll remember her? For the non 2004 Turkeys, she was the one who started the website we all could keep tabs on the DIS stuff...ended up she and her DH, (I can't for the life of me remember his name) had to cancel their cruise with us...they found out they were pregnant later on...well, I happen to be reading a thread that Mel posted in and in her signature there is a photo of their new baby girl...I sent Mel a PM with congratulations and she sent me the link to more photos of Amelia....she is adorable!!! Mel said they are doing well. Just wanted to share with ya'll...

Since Lampskies told dh and I we had to practice drinking before the cruise we are heading to Biloxi,MS for some beach time and casino hopping.We of course will also practice our drinking since our dear friend on here Lampskies told us too<VBG>.Seriously,my 40th Birthday was Tuesday,and we are heading to MS as well as New Orleans with friends to celebrate.Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend!

Yes, first names are easier when you meet in person, but Ron is still "Lampy".

Doogie, I don't think we will all be at one giant table. But most likely all tables close by each other. That way if someone was late, would not hold up others.
Seems like dinner about an hour and a half anyway. Or as Kelli keeps track, about 1 and a half bottles of wine.

I think it is safe to say, that we ARE going to be in the 40s and have a shot at 50.......See Willie, we may even make the diser photo!!!

Oh yeah thats right, you guys were still chowing down when we did the DIS group photo! I stalled em long as I could!

We may need to commandeer the atrium this year for the DIS photo, and get the photogs to take it for us!

Hey, I saw something that was pretty cool on Verandah Mans posts. Their group has DIS Group t-shirt custom made for their cruise. It is through a company called CAFEPRESS. com. they designed it themselves for their cruise group. And Cafe Press makes them and you just order them direct. I was thinking of trying to set up something for the us 2005 Turkeys. Take a look at it and tell me what you think.

Last year we all wore lime green at the sailaway so we could recognize each other. Worked pretty well. I have a DIS Boards lime green t shirt that wore last year. I'll bet 30 people saw the DIS shirt and called me by name the first day!

Can I post one more? Here is the Christmas tree at Castaway Cay. For you guys that were not onboard in 2004, the island is really decorated up for Christmas. As is the terminal.
