November 19, 2005 Thanksgiving Magic Cruise

I am just back from running some errands. The official temperature as of 1:30 pm, according to the Expedition thermometer is 71. The front has passed by. The skies are blue. Yesterday at this time it was 83, so it has cooled off, but this is supposed to stick around for the next few days. It is perfect outside!

As many of you know, I am on the West coast, but we usually have similar weather to Orlando and the port.

Hurry up and get down here!

I'm a little worried and scared to meet her....because I'm afraid after drinking a little here and there that I might spill the beans....so trying to keep secrets you want us to keep and not say anything is going to be too hard.

Julia- A great idea! ALCOHOL! Mrs. TCD likes a Corona, and a Margarita, and she will also like a drink of the day. We keep her liquored up, and then I don't have to worry about what anybody says to her! Now, I don't need to tell you that this plan should not be mentioned to her, do I?

I, too, am a little uncomfortable with the thought of Lampskies and a sheep. I thought that's against the law in most states at least. Eeewwwwww!!

The few of us that most likely are in FL will keep the thread going to 5000.

anyone arriving around 11 p.m. -- just us??? we are heading to a night at Boardwalk Villas tonight then DisneyQuest tomorrow. i'm pulling for dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe friday you all have fun at Beaches and cream

Wow! Another Dis'er exiting the building! Have a safe trip. The weather here in Florida is perfect, so you should have a great time tomorrow, and then we will see you on the ship on Saturday.

I am not sure but for some reason I think Whispering Canyon might be closed. Have you ever tried Boma at AKL? I recommend it if you can't go to Whispering Canyon.

Sherri- I know, you are right. I moved to Florida when I was 17, and now I am 44, so I have lived more of my life here than in NJ. As a matter of fact, when I went back for one of my HS reuniouns, it was funny how all of my old friends now had NJ accents! I thought I didn't talk funny, but after having been away, and then coming back, it is something that you notice.

Lampy- This sounds like a great idea. I would have no problem believing that you had a pet sheep. For some reason, though, the thought of you and a pet sheep makes me uncomfortable. Not that there is anything wrong with you having a special "friendship" with a sheep. Maybe it would be better not to bring this up to Mrs. TCD.
