I am so excited I had to come and tell you all. My tickets arrived this morning via Fed- Ex. I thought I would be the last to receive them, has anyone else got theirs?

I told Ray about us ladies meeting for a drink(s) one night (there goes my On Board Credit LOL).
He asked if there would be a guys night out?? Let me know if any of your hubbies are up for that

I too lost reservations that I had booked for excursions. Luckily, I noticed early, rebooked them and printed up my confirmation.

However, I could not get Palo reservations, pb all the previous cruisers. oh well, next time

Try to get to the terminal early to assure an early booking number. Once you get onboard, head straight to Rockin' Bar D when you can request a reservation. If there are none available when you arrive, you can request to be added to the waitlist, and the Palo Manager will call if there is a cancellation.

Good luck! Palo is absolutely worth it!!!

I think it would work out nicely to do these at the same time! The guys could go somewhere... well, somewhere other than we choose to go! Maybe we can plan to all meet up at a certain time later in the evening. I'm thinking that it might work out best to do this after the guys have a chance to hang out together with us a couple times... so they can bond a bit!

Just out of curiousity, who has early dining? Who has late dining?

We have late dinner reservations. It works for us as we eat later at home and I just get hungry again. My DH wants to know why we diet just to gorge ourselves on the cruise!

I'm more of a lurker than a poster on these boards, but I'd thought I'd introduce myself! I love these boards, so helpful in all the information!!!

I'm Lisa (28), married to Robert (30) and we have two little girls, Emily (almost 6) and Keira (turning 9 months on cruise) and we are from Kansas. We will be traveling with Robert's parents, who are also from the KC area and my parents who are from the Dallas area. This is everyone's first time on the Disney Cruise and first cruise for everyone except me and my husband.

Getting VERY excited to be cruising soon!!!

When are your flights? We are flying in Friday night, the 14th, and flying home Sunday, the 23rd, around lunch time. Both are nonstop flights (Kansas City to Orlando) on Southwest Airlines.

Good idea......I'll post some pictures of all of us in a bit (I'm at work now). My daughter will always be the one wearing BIG bows and my whole family has sparkly blue eyes except me, I'm the odd man out.

We had nonstop flights!! We are flying Airtran and they have changed our flights 3 or 4 times and in doing that, we now have a layover! We are flying in the morning of the 14th and returning the morning of the 26th.

Edited to add: I actually just got off of the phone with Airtran and they did have one nonstop flight from Orlando to Kansas City, so we are now on that one! At least it's nonstop one way!!

Welcome "lurker" glad you will be joining our crowd.

We have not received our tickets yet either, neitehr have Alice & Davin!
Will be checking for them daily now that I know some have arrived.

We all have late seating, we all eat pretty late normally at home so even the kids are used to late dinners.

Let me know when you all decide on Ladies/Men's night. If they are at the same time, we could not both do it, because of the little ones, but we will try to work it out!

Haven't started packing yet, but have been taking things to the cleaners and putting things aside to get ready, even got some new lightweight luggage!

No response from Treva yet on our On Board meet, will keep you posted.

Oh about the pic's I am sooo challenged I still cannot figure out how to post them, were it not for the help of my fellow cruisers, we would have never even gotten the original pic uploaded. If I can figure it out, will try!!
