That's the day!! My first 5K!! I am hoping by saying it to all of my WISH friends it will help keep me committed to this goal. I have started the Couch to 5K program at Month 2 - thanks so much for posting the link to that Denise!! It sounds like such a great program and the rest days will keep me from getting burned out as I usually do when attempting something like this!
Today was my 2nd day - so far so good!
So the Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis was my first ever 2 mile walk last year and this year it will be my first ever 5K!

You can do it!
For me it's motivating to set this type of goal instead of a "I want to get fit" goal. I seem to stick to it better when I really have a target to shoot for.
but I'm willing to give it a try!
