November 11, 2006 - MAGIC - Special Western "Double Dip" Cruise 11/11/06

Hi momsrule27 nice to see you again!
So, spotdude, WHEN are you leaving? Guess it's time to start feeling jealous of those of you who are doing pre-cruise vacationing at WDW (or elsewhere).

Only one full week of work left for me, then M-W next week. This last week will be madness with the political advertising and I'll do my best to keep my team-mate from going insane. Pray for us!

I was looking for the Residence Inn and checking out the port in Google Earth. This isn't the first time I've looked in Google Earth at the port, but it's the first time that this ship was docked there.

We are going to WDW before - getting down there on Tuesday nite then heading for the ship Friday evening. Then when we get back to port we are heading back up to WDW for the Osbourne light show at (I think) MGM then flying home on Sunday! Yes, I will need a vacation after this vacation! Trying to limit the amount of clothes we are taking so I intend to do some laundry on this trip. I am trying not to get overwhelmed!

Yup!

This is little to no chance I am cancelling this trip. I'm going even if I had to leave 1 or more of my family behind. I'm going!

I had a long day yesterday. My wife ran a Holiday Botique at my kid's school, and we were there early, and stayed late, and was on my feet all day. So, I was to tired to check in last night.

I haven't had a chance to read all the posts, so if the Navigator hasn't been posted, can you e-mail a copy also?

According to the DHL website, my docs are in the drives druck and on the way to my office. I think I'll go stand by the mailroom door for the next few hours.

Jack, there are two sets of navigators. One is the dbl dip (ours) and the other is the DCL October Dbl Dip. We are in the process of trying to load both of them on a host site. I will then send everyone the link. Hope it will be done before noon as I have to leave for a couple appointment s and will not be back to the computer to around 5.

Sorry, but I keep thinking of all these obscure questions--

okay, so, went to buy my shipping box today. THen I got to thinking--how in the world are we supposed to be able to get in the thing when it gets there? Mine will be packed tight with packing/shipping tape and no way to open it! Last year, I packed a small Swiss army knife in my suitcase in case we needed scissors or bottle opener or whatever and they confiscated it at port and I couldn't get it back until disembarkation. So, how can I open the box??

Char...welcome out of lurkdom...we'll be in Orlando on Tuesday, too!! A week from TODAY we're driving to LA!!!

Jack...I am SO glad you haven't cancelled your cruise. We need all the axe-toting yo-yos we can get!

And, I just have to say, that I LOVE (and I'm sure the men of the world do, as well), that there's actually a site named ample bosom. Really. Just love it.
