Devin, we use AIM. I have your AIM user name, did you give it to anyone else? I plan to chat Tuesday night, so I should be there to 'invite' you in. I'll go ahead and PM you the user name of Linda, Pat, Dee, Peggy and I, as usually at least one of us is there. Chat it 10PM Eastern in Tuesday.

I use iChat. I found that I can chat with AIM users and .mac users at the same time using it. I'm sure it's not the only one that does that, it's just the one I'm most familiar with.

Devin, I know what you mean about having blank CDs all over the place. On our last cruise we had brought our laptop for the kids to watch movies in the van on the long drive (and better to bring it on the ship, than trust it in the vehicle at the port). Several friends on our cruise wanted copies of the photos taken on our zip-line excursion, so we just down-loaded them onto the computer and were set to copy away. Of course I did have to make that slightly trip to the Walmart in Puerto Vallarta to purchase some blank discs. I'm now convinced that drivers in CA are NOT the worst drivers.

Still enough time to engage in a fitness program if you were considering it. I'm going to start climbing those stairs....got to get up and down those Mayan ruins!

HEY.....have you seen the thread on the addition to the Castaway Club gift? DCL lanyand and pins for EACH CC member in the cabin (and still get the one tote bag per stateroom also). Here's a picture

Carolyn, I found the dune buggy excursion on the DCL Thread somewhere It was a while ago.....it would be nice if you all got together and headed out together...our guys are good but can be a little clueless if Lisa and I aren't there to herd them.. I wish I was going, but really felt I should stay with Lisa and the girls....

The beach excursion I was looking at was for San Francisco Beach...I thought it would be nice because it will be Lisa and I and the two young girls...no snorkeling or water stuff needed for us...the girls are 3 and 5....just beach and drink service...oh yeah and food to soak up the alcohol...

Saw POC Saturday night.....got tickets, got dinner and then walked right into the theatre..it was awesome....however at one point I did scream like a girl... ...I am hoping it is on DVD for Xmas...it will be on the top of my list...

loved the beach in the movie...totally got me thinking about the cruise!

It's $200 for a 7-day cruise. It will appear as a credit on your stateroom bill. Don't worry.

For those of us going on David & Ivan's tour of the Chacchoben Mayan Ruins, I saw an interesting post on another thread that the 12/9/06 DD group will get picked up at the pier.

Devin - so sorry to hear about all your losses, my gosh - what a horrible year for that for you and your family. I get all teary eyed just thinking about it - I'm not a good "letting go" type gal. Too sensimental I guess - I pray you find peace soon. Big hug to Michelle.

I believe Miss Wendy will be making contact on that subject. There certainly is no rush on that.

Also, I don't remember if we talked about it here or in chat, but I saw a 'good idea' post regarding school supplies for the Muhalwhatits kids. Somebody from the Jan '06 Magic cruise filled backpacks with school supplies. Isn't that a good idea? You can get child size backpacks pretty inexpensively and back to school supplies are probably going on sale any second now. Fill up a couple and send them to yourself on the ship...then the backpacks are easly enough to carry off the ship to give to David & Ivan. I know some of the other double-dips are talking about sending school supples too. hmmmmm wonder if there are any inexpensive DISNEY themed backpacks......


I might be 'tardy' for chat tomorrow....had to move my hair cut till then due to a scheduling conflict. But I'll jump in as soon as I get home
