November 11, 2006 - MAGIC - Special Western "Double Dip" Cruise 11/11/06

I'll be late for chat. Tim is in Fullerton for work (right by the mouse house... wish I could have gone along for FUN). Anyway, I have a school site council meeting tonight that runs until 7:30 my time (10:30 for you East Coasters). I'll sign on after I get home and see if anyone still has any chat left in them.

also - I LOVE the idea of cake decorating, and a cooking class if they have it. There are SO many things I'd like to try...not just excursions either! Although you guys know me, I love those too!

I've not been on the boards much, but I don't see a "Live from the first Special Western" thread. I thought they were going to do one. I can't blame them, they need to just enjoy their own cruise! But I can't wait for the trip report.

Hey All!

Okay, Jackie found me over on another thread for cruise weddings...man, she must be learning from Pat....

She responded to a posting by another DISer which pointed out that evidently DCL holds everyone back on the ship until after the scheduled wedding party has disembarked....

Well I have assured her that I will do everything I can to see that we are up bright and early on Friday and ummmm....I've selected Pat to keep Jeff in line (and on time) since we all know that she can do it!

It will be my pleasure to keep the Groom company prior to the wedding - I will feed him snails to keep him calm.

Well the first double dip cruise is under way. They are so excited and have really got me more excited. I will be interested to see how the modified activities will be. They have already chaged the character breakfast. This will be awesome to know so I plan better, because after all I am an obsessive compulsive planner.

hi everyone! mom is laying down so i snuck in on her computer so i could see what is going on. her ankles are really swollen again for some reason.

i went with mom the other day and the doctor popped my back. we went again today and they took pictures of my neck and back. the doctor showed us and boy am i crooked.

mom will try to make chat night next week i think - if she can stay awake. she's really tired and i think she's worried about all the wedding plans and stuff.

well i better get off here. it's storming and with my luck i'll blow mom's computer up and get into really big trouble.

Sorry for the delay but DW grandmother has really taken a turn for the worse she is now in a nursing home and spent the last week in the hosp. Thursday my Brought in-law and I are cleaning out her apt.

CJLKIM Anyway on to more pleasant things I can not fine a picture of ether of my girl’s hairdo. We are all out of the clear elastics that she uses for that so this weekend we are going to go to CVS and pick some up and I’ll post that pic as soon as I get it. Sorry the last couple weeks have been a little rough.


I can’t wait to get a look at the Navagitors from the 5-27-06 cruise. We have been waiting for that for months.

I am so excited that they had a cake decorating demo and a scrapbooking demo on the ship. Wow I hope they are not at the same time. Thisis right up my alley. I am very excited about this cruise.

Thank you all Michelle was more than grateful for all your support. Today though will really (pardon my French) suck. We are moving all of the stuff out of her apt, and she did not get out of the hosp. yesterday as expected. If all goes as I think it will she will be in the nursing home tonight, and we are moving all of her stuff today as well. That is part that I think will be the problem. (my mother en-law is in for a tough day) Well she has lived a full life and has really been with it right up to the end. She got to see her grand and great grand children grow and in a couple cases become adults, and young adults. I don't think you can ask for much more than that.
Anyway is there anyone who will be golfing? My farther in-law and a friend are both golfers and are going to try and get in some while we are there? I can’t get in to the sport myself.
