November 11, 2006 - MAGIC - Special Western "Double Dip" Cruise 11/11/06

We can officially say we are going on a cruise next year instead of saying in 2006 we are goign on a cruise. It just sounds like it is getting closer. YEAH! Hope everyone had a safe New Years eve.

Pat ..I am doing that count down. I keep putting the counter up and taking it down. DH is, at times, been a little nosey. Probably no more than usual,but this time I am up to no good. I continue to steal his clothes from the laundry. He asked me today about a few pieces. I told him it will show up. Of course it will, when we get on the ship. Thank goodness it is only a 3 day cruise. I have quite a bit already packed in our suitcase and carry on. He thinks we are going to Ca. He asked if I contacted an old friend to tell them we will be in town. I keep playing WDW music and talking about going. I figure when we land in Orlando he will think that is where we are going. .

Hope your trip back from FT LAuderdale was good.

I imagine he will get a LITTLE suspect at the airport when you are headed to MCO not LAX!
Fort Lauderdale was very nice, we lucked out as we missed the cold front that anything north of us got. We had high 70's the whole week with partly sunny skies, one day we even hit 80......
Hope your weather is good also....will send you a pm Thursday......P

I can hardly believe this weather. We went from snow on Monday to 70 degree weather on Friday. How does something like this happen. Mother nature must be PMSing.

Ok, same request, different thread. I would love to upgrade dad and step mom to a SPH room if possible. They always travel on the cheap. Dad is a very practical man that doesn't ask for much. Here is where you all come in, if anyone here decides to upgrade or have to cancel one of these rooms, would you please let me know? I would soooooo appreciate it. 1. The Towel and pins on the left were our returning Castaway Club Gift...The "basket" is the one you receive from DCL with the Romantic escape at Sea Package. In front of the basket sort of to the right is my Happy Birthday Mug. Then there are 2 DCL water bottles I ordered. The "box" is the Bon Voyage Memory Box from my travel agent......There is a small oblong box that had a DCL Key Chain.....so none of this was from Shirley,,,however, the flowers that should be somewhere in the albums are from Shirley!
2. The surprise was a gold band for John - John had given Susan an engagement ring on their last cruise - we are thinking maybe on the would be very nice - with all the DIS Pals ......what do you think???

We are hoping they will consider getting married on the 2006 cruise but this is a NO PRESSURE area for Susan!!! We are NOT allowed to talk about it until she gives us the go-ahead.... she has lots to think about.... but when she does say it is ok, the flood gates will open and there will be NO stopping us!!!

Yes, go there and get you a screen name. You can either download the software or just log in through their website each time. I have found the software to be a little more reliable and you have more options when you use the software package instead of using the website. Once you have that, you can add buddies (contacts) to your list. Then, off you go!! Let me know if you have any trouble.
