As I've said, "Peg, it will come back to you."

Woody

I just love that song - thanks Woody for your wonderful sense of class and humor! :goodvibes

I'm not the best person to suggest things to do as far as excursions, since this is my first time, but the thought of NOT swimming with the dolphins makes me very very sad... :guilty:

Laurie- We're still not sure what we're doing at Cozumel. DH is thinking of doing the clear kayak and snorkel (that DCL used to offer) but we would have to book it on our own. So, not sure yet.

Sorry to all those who will be chatting tonight, but I have yet another Tuesday night meeting. I will not be home until after 8pm pacific time, so many of you will likely be gone :guilty: I miss chatting with you all, but sometimes duty calls and I just have to answer or get in trouble. :confused3

YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

cute clipart!!! :cool1:

i don't know if you wil be able to add another palo night or check if another night is available since you already booked it...your best bet will be to change on board....are you late or early dining and what palo time did you get?

SPOTDUDE!!!! :confused3 where have you been for DIStag??? :rotfl: distag rules are this: each person that signs up gets a magnet and list from me on the first day...i will highlight your name and you start with the cabin below yours....you put your magnet on the door and leave a little goodie on the fish by the door....then when you get a goodie and magnet from someone else on YOUR door you keep going down your list and placing goodies and magnets on doors until you reach your name again....at that time you will keep your magnet and enjoy your goodies!!! i will print all the rules and hand out with the packets to everyone onboard in the promenade lounge or pm me with questions...

EVERYONE NEEDS TO SIGN UP FOR DISTAG BY NOVEMBER 1 SO I CAN GET A NUMBER TO EVERYONE!!

Picked up my contacts yesterday. I ready to find that sunken Mickey. All I need now is To be able to put them in.

That's still on my 'to do' list. I want to wear them for the dolphins and maybe parasailing too. OH! Guess I'll need some regular (non-prescription) sunglasses too! That's something I've never had to shop for :rotfl2:

i couldnt handle the contacts - had to break down and get lasik - works like a charm - i can even wake up in the morning and see the alarm clock!

You know, I have a chunk of change set aside to have my teeth re-bonded before the cruise.....I'm wondering if I should just re-allocate those funds :confused3 I'd feel so NEKID without my glasses after all these years.

Almost forgot to tell you, next to the old "Chubby's Diner" there is now a new SCUBA store, might have that mask you were talking about some time ago!

I know the feeling. I went to get some sunglasses yesterday and after I picked them out I freeked out because I couldn't find my glasses . I forgot I was wearing contacts. I have been wearing glasses sence the fourth grade. So it was alittle weird not to have to worry about them.

Hi I'm OBX :cool1: We will be going on this cruise as our very first. Can't wait, we are Bob (DH)(43) Melanie (DW)(41) and Katie (DD) (15) we are friends of Shelwoj. She has only been tellling us to check out this forum since March We love Disney have been WDW three times. If the cruise is anything like the resorts we can't have a bad time. I've been trying to go thru this thead I think I hit most of the high lights. Buttons, braclets, tag and lunch I will have to get with Shelly for the rest of it. Can't wait to get to the ship looking forward to meeting everyone :yay: :wave2:

Welcome OBX! Glad you are cruising with us. I'm the 'bracelet' person, so let me know if you want to order silicone bracelets....I'll be placing that order pretty soon, so talk to Shelly first if you need to and let me know!

Hi guys, I posted this on the main board, but nobody seems to like replying to me. I figured this board is friendly, so I'm going to ask away here.

I tried to get Palo ressies but was shut out. So, every day I log in and try again. Well, today I get 4 for dinner at 8:30 on the 11th, the day we start our cruise. :cool1:

My questions for you veteran cruisers is, should I keep this ressie? What do I do with my boys, (11 & 8), and if I want to cancel this one, is there any chance I'll get another one?

Please help, I really want to do Palo with my wife, but I'm not sure about doing it on the first night.

Thanks!!!

Jack
Jack, now that you know the clubs are open - a plan could be to go with the kids to your early seating dinner (IF you are early!) and let them get aclimated and then bring them to the club OR all go to Topsiders for dinner and then drop them off - this way you will not miss any family time together and you can still enjoy your adult time alone.

Welcome obx1ab. I am doing the navigator and will send you a PM to get your cabin# if you want to share.

Well I have finalized my pirate night stuff and am very excited. Not to mention that my Dsis is getting very excited and wants to leave NOW!

Well I am off to work on my door sign.

Pat,

That is one plan I'm thinking about. We do have early seating, so I would go to dinner iwth the boys and just not eat. The other is to just let it go and try to get a different night. The 3rd, is to keep it, and try to change it once we get on board.

The fact that you guys got me enough info to come up with these 3 plans is amazing. I can't wait to get on board and bump into you guys. I'll be looking for lime green, and any time I see it, I know I'm going to be thinking "The Dis".

Thanks again!

Jack
