I got my gown hemmed this morning and took my Mickey Mouse watch for a battery- we're going to be there before you know it!!!!

Wuv Tigger, Where are you flying from? Do you mean you will be a MCO or at IAD or BWI at 5pm next Friday? I thought IAD's latest flight is at 2:15. If you are flying out of Baltimore, you may be on our flight!

In 2 weeks we'll be in EPCOT. We're doing MNSSHP on the 30th instead of the 31st. My neighbor helped me fix my Wendy costume this week, so our costumes are ready!

Thank you so much for all of your thoughts and prayers for my Dad. We won't know about the prognosis till Monday but I am trying to keep positive in thinking he will be alright after treatment.

Preparing for this cruise will be a good diversion for me in keeping my mind from going to that "bad place". Recently I have been concerned about the cost of this trip considering the economy but ya know what.....you only go around once...enjoy it while you can! A Disney cruise has always been a dream for us and I am SO GLAD it is coming true. (check one more thing off the "bucket list")

I made my packing list for me, so now I have to start getting the stuff in the suitcases. Spent all day on Sunday trying on clothes and sorting through what I could bring! Now I have to work on the girls' wardrobe!

Also need to go to Walmart and get a final piece to finish my FE's. Then I can completely check that off my "to do list"

I can't believe we will be on the boat 2 weeks from tomorrow! Anyone going to check on the movies before we go?

Well, gotta go, my laptop battery is about to die! It took me an hour to go through the posts on my Baltic cruise thread, those are some seriously chatty people! Then this thread, I've been online on DIS for 2 hours!! I need a vacation!

Two weeks from now it will be 12:15am on November 1st--we all know what day that is--CRUISE DAY!!!! I'll be trying to get some shut eye, but I might just be too excited to sleep!!!

He is in AWE of the FE that Tiffany made us.

That is THE last package I was expecting in the mail. No more stalking the letter carrier I gotta find some ways to use the FE on our future vacations.

DH & I have planned to do our packing this coming Friday night while the girls at being TCO out of the house.

I gotta get my dress altered today.

Both of the kiddos have sore throats today. We may be off to the PEDs to check for strep as it's going around the school this week.

DID EVERYONE COMPLETE THEIR ABSENTEE BALLOT?? Let's get that done people!

Hi all,
We received some bad news yesterday.....my Dad was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. We don't have much details yet as to what stage but we're praying for the best. His doctor thinks they may have caught it early but more tests (Blood and CAT scan) are needed. The results of the tests will be in just before the cruise and I don't know how I'll handle it if it's bad news. Any prayers on my Dad's behalf would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all...

Seen all the posts on the Florida Transportation system meltdown. Just wanted to say, we (there's just DH,DW,DS11 and DS8) have a 12-15 passenger Van reserved from Avis one way to MCO. Funny, it was the same price as a Full Size Car ($45). Anyway I reserved it for the extra room and in case someone else needs a ride. We're not leaving until Sunday the 9th AM but we're staying at the Airport for the night of Nov 8th. Bottom line, if anyone gets into a problem with transport to MCO after our cruise, we have a lot of room. PM me if that's the case. The offer's there.
