thanks everyone! I was and still am VERY excited. Here is the whole story....

A few days before leaving i had noticed DBF acting alittle funny but didn't think too much about it. So the morning we were leaving we get to the airport and DBF insisted on carrying the carry-on back pack which was fine with me I didn't want to carry it! So we start going through security and our stuff starts going through the xray machine. Just as I start walking to go through the metal detector the TSA guy goes "Huh, someone is getting a nice engagement ring." I didn't know what to say i was in shock. !

I told your story to my DH and he is totally irritated about the security guy. His reply is "that's just mean". I LOVE this man.
But seriously, what a bone head to make such a comment. It would be grounds for dismissal in my book. BUT your story has a very happy ending- again, congrats!

We had a fabulous trip. We were fortunate enough to see the Halloween decorations at Magic Kingdom on Sunday and then when we went back on Friday we got to see the Christmas decorations Not everyone can say they saw both on the same trip. I now have to do homework that is due tomorrow but I will also work on editing photos and getting a trip report started.

well...our bags are all packed. Running to Walmart now to go pick up drinks, snacks, etc to have in the van for the drive down. 3am Tuesday morning can't get here fast enough!!! WooooooooHOoooooooooo!!!! 2 more sleeps!

I looked all over for you!!! Everytime i walked into a park i thought... I wonder if sandy is here?... i always looked around i never saw you! I was even at the MK on Friday! i'm glad you had a good time and i cant wait to hear about it!

I kept looking for you too. We went to MK Friday morning, then hopped over to HollyWood Studios and then back to MK...were we waited for Wishes after being delayed for 25 minutes...LOL

I have done some homework and so now its time to play. I am going to edit a few photos and post a sneak peek.

Yep, they are up in full force. They even had the castle lights up, but they didn't light them up. We were hoping they would light the castle up Friday night but they didn't (WAH!) They were waiting for the 10th and the first MVMCP... so don't worry, you will see them.

Katie- OMG- your story truly was so precious. I cannot believe that security guard. My Dh would have really gone bezerk. Adam handled himself like... Omg, like Prince Charming!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to hear all about the plans and see your pics. You simply MUST do a TR. Pretty please?

I thought of you yesterday.... We watched and held our breath the whole AL/LSU game- hoping Bama would pull it out. Looks like we'll be seeing you guys in the SEC Championship game! DH is dying to get tix. We have no babysitter for then. It would be an awesome one to go to, though.


Everyone who has returned- sorry you're back so soon. It doesn't seem fair that all fo that work and time and energy has past and we only have pictures and memories to show for it. Oh yea and a high credit card bill. So that we can relive the joy over and over again. LOL!!!!!

We had missed the game because we were passing through Atlanta when it was on and they don't pick up the radio sation with the game on it. But we stopped for supper and saw Bama score the winning touchdown. Its a good thing we couldn't hear the game before then because we would have been yelling in the car

Sadly no. We are not able to go often, however, I am trying to talk DH into letting me plan a daughter and mom trip in a couple years.
