awwww, don't worry!! just be prepared for anything. Look on the brightside . . . we can almost guarantee it won't snow the rain concerns me more than the temps, so i'll just be sure to have an umbrella or poncho on me

7 more days for us!! Hope everyone has a great time this weekend. I'm just starting to look at the weather! We leave next Thursday night to start driving. We are stopping a little more than halfway. Last time we drove straight through, the kids were so exhausted and we are going to MVMCP on Fri. night( our first night there), so I don't want to be completely exhausted!

So we have the van packed and we were planning to leave tomorrow afternoon but my wonderful boss just pulled me into her office and said that she didn't want to see my face in the office tomorrow. I looked at her kind of funny I guess and she said 'you work so hard and never leave on time so we'll pretend you were here but don't come in". Wow! So we're hitting the road early tomorrow morning. I'm nowhere near ready but I will be!

12 days until 12 days in Disney World!
I'm officially on the countdown now.
12 days from now, we have the first flight out of Albany. Then the madness of a major international airport at 10.00 the day before Thanksgiving, Magical Express, and from there we're playing it by ear. Lunch at Beaches and Cream, we think, then maybe a swim in Stormalong Bay. We think we might head over to the Animal Kingdom in the afternoon and look for some of the hidden trails and such, but it depends on how tired we are. We have and ADR at California Grill around 6.00, though (sushi!), and we may or may not hang around for the fireworks. If not, we're going into the Magic Kingdom after dinner anyway..... what a day!

I placed an order from Costco for 2 cases of water and snack packs of Cheez-its and they are shceduled to arrive at POFQ today. I won't get there until Wednesday

Great day at MK today! We got two dreams!! We had breakfast at CP and then walked to Splash when the park opened. We were the first ones on Splash. When we got off, the CMs started clapping and said we were the first ones to ride splash that day, so we got a free picture of us on the ride!! That was great! We then rode BTM with no wait. We met up with my dh and dd who rode Dumbo and say Ariel. Highly suggest to see Ariel right when the park opens....there was no line but by afternoon the line is an hour long. We then went to Toontown right when it opened and went to see the Princesses....waited about 15 min. When we walked out from seeing the Princesses, the Dream Team was there giving out Dream Hats! Cool! My ds who didn't want to see the Princesses rode Goofy's Barnstormer SEVEN times! Yes, he never had to get off because there was no one waiting to get on! He was in heaven! We did a bunch of other stuff too and then rode the Monorail to Epcot. I cried on the way out of the park. I know, big goober, but so sad that was it for MK for us until next time which is a year and a half away.

But guess what...... Epcot was decked out for Christmas!!!! At the front of the park, there were presents and Mickey and Minnie toparies with Santa Hats on. The big Christmas tree was up at the front of World Showcase. I don't know if the tree is going to be lit at night but will find out tonight. We are putting the kids in Sandcastle Club again and going to Epcot for the night. When we walked through Epcot, got Soarin FPs.

Tomorrow is our last day! So sad....just going to take it easy and go to Epcot. Our favorite park if you can't tell!!

Hot day today ....85 degrees....a little too hot. I needed the 70s today!

OK I've been crazy busy and realized that we leave for WDW in less than a week. Momma got some things to do!! This is my only day off b4 the trip.

Here I sit at the airport in Rochester waiting for our flight. Weather here is cool and rainy. We went to the Strong Museum of Play last night for a Disney Vacation Club presentation. It was over the top propaganda but fun none the less. We didn't buy - gotta have money for that! - but it was a good time. Mickey, Minnie, Chip & Dale were there and of course their campy spokeswoman Deevy See. Here's a pic of us together!

i was SO excited to read this!! I have been wondering about Epcot! Please let us know if the tree was lit! Sounds like you are having a great trip! I always cry when I leave MK too, DH thinks I'm so crazy!
