Novelty Sock....sent/received thread

I haven't been able to get to the store yet but I should be going tomorrow evening. I should be able to take my addy's and pop the socks in the mail then too (since it's not a holiday here ).

Wore black socks with candy corn on them today.

Alexa's will be in the mail tomorrow. They don't have real far to go.

I would also like to shamelessly add that the Valentine's Day Card exchange is up and running if anyone would like to get in on that. We had a lot last year and I think everyone enjoyed getting some mail other than bills in the dead of winter. Come on girls-join in!

My tootsies are tired! Took my daughter and a friend to the mall to spend her birthday money. Did stop in at the DS. Nothing there. They have little to no adult size clothes. But the YC store had a good deal. Last day of 75% off of selected items. Got a McIntosh Apple (my favorite) Christmas basket. You just can't get that scent marked down very often.

All packed up and ready to mail on the way to work today but I had a brain freeze...OK so maybe it was a senior momment. I forgot to enclose the note I wrote with it. When the socks arrive at their destinantion they'll be in a lonely package without a friendly note. What can I say It must be the freezing temps here affecting my mind.

At least the note got into my DD's package so I suppose I'm only 1/2 dumb.

I have on my soft, cozy pink slipper socks right now, but will be changing to my Happy Birthday socks when I get dressed...because TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!!
