Nov, best time to go?

When is the best time to go in Nov? We are wanting to take a trip b4 our AP's expire. I would like to do Thanksgiving week, but am concerned about the crowds. Any advice is appreciated.

The week following Thanksgiving is a great time to go. I've been during that time for probably the last 10 years and crowds are always light. Don't get me wrong, it's not deserted by any means but it's not crowded either.

When I was a kid, my parents used to take us the first or second week each year. I remember it being nice weather and moderate crowds.

Of course, that was 10 years ago.

I don't think, from what I have read, that thanksgiving gets as crowded as other holidays do.

We went Nov 2 - 11 and we really enjoyed that time of the year.

The weather was perfect. It rained ony one morning and that day the temperature had a high of 65. After that the average was 85.

The crowds were light with waits around 10 minutes.
