how many cabins before we split the FE list? and how many in each group?

  • 40 cabins with 2 groups of 20 cabins

  • 40 cabins with 3 groups (13/13/14)

  • 40 cabins with 4 groups

  • 30 cabins of 1 group

  • 30 cabins with 2 groups of 15 cabins

  • 30 cabins with 3 groups of 10 cabins

  • 30 cabins with 4 groups (7/7/8/8)

  • Don't split it at all

  • unsure - I will do all the groups no matter the size

The closing date is approaching - any lurkers out there who want to be part of the Fish Extender Exchange PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!

I will split the list since we are at 19 cabins now. Please review the Google sheet and confirm your information is correct and you are sailing.

The reason for this - last May I had 3 cabins that had canceled off the cruise and never notified me - folks were making items and this caused some grief. I had to track those folks posts down on a port day - cost me a LOT of time and phone charge to do this.

IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM WITH ME - YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST.

THE FE LIST IS OFFICIALLY CLOSED!


Thank you everyone for being so understanding and helpful with getting your information back to me. I am still awaiting newjerseymomma's confirmation of her 5 cabins. I have sent her PM and left messages here as well. I can only hope she and her cabins are still involved. IF SHE ISN'T - I WILL MAKE IT A SINGLE LIST.

Assuming she and her cabins are still in for the FE exchange - the google sheet will have 3 sections - yellow, green and purple (which will be split in two - upper and lower sections of the ship) for those who are giving to only the "all" category folks.

You are welcome to print the list yourself, if you send me your email address I will send you the Excel sheet that has the lists on it (5 pages), or I can email you the file for your smart phone. I will make printed copies available once on board The Dream. We are staying at WDW for two days before we sail, I will not be able to reprint the copies after the 5th. If there are changes to your cabin (upgrade, pixie dust!) Please send a message via the Dis - I get my emails on my phone and will make the changes as needed. If you get pixie dust once at the port - reach out to me via the cabin and I will make the changes at that point.

We have a Palo ressy the first night, so we will be away from the cabin until after 11pm - however, we will have the door all set so you will be able to leave a message on the door for others to read.


As Lynn G mentioned - please confirm the cabin number before leaving your gift - there are at least 3 other groups that do FE type things. The Dis is the original (thanks to EpcotKilterFan - Debbie).

oh my...I got the PM - if I understand correctly all 5 cabins are going to do the split list and you are confirmed.

We looked at driving - for just two of us we would have spent too much on the gas/hotel/tune-up for the cost to be worth it. At one point yes, it was less to drive, but now we managed to find air for less than 200 each and then found a rental for the cost of the DCL transfers - so we are flying on Delta (never used them to MCO - we are in Charlotte for an hour each way).

We found the air on Travelocity if that is any help. You look at Southwest out of Phili? They are pretty reasonable.
 
I am waiting for zooski1 to let me know if they are doing the whole list or splitting - otherwise the lists are complete.


Please PM me with an email address if you would like the Excel version of the list, you should be able to cut and paste from the google document if you wish to print your section.

I will have the copies on the Dream, sailaway is usually a pretty loud group above the stage starboard side - look for us!

Cayla, we are packing light also (but have to do more than carry-on as we have a Remy reservation and will be spending a couple of days in the parks), and we also are NOT packing grass skirts.

We are renting a 12 passanger van since we had 8 tickets with one airfare reservation, I think the round trip cost was $700 for the van and just the airfare from ac to MCO for me and my 3 kids was $600. Looked into a few airlines but since the entire state is off heading to florida that week I was having a hard time finding good prices. On the bright side I can now bring my rum without having to worry about it being in a suit case and DCL pulling it out and I don't have to worry about my luggage being over 40 pounds and paying yet another extra fee. oh and let us not forget about South of the Border- my kids MUST experience that

your choice...I prefer to NOT assign specific nights for the FE delivery - so when ever you want!

enjoy the drive - we just figured when it was going to cost us about 50.00 more to fly - we could use the extra days at WDW - which we are!
