Nov 30, 2008? 11 month window?

I was just told I cannot book 11/30/08 until Wednesday. Is that right? Today is the 31st so 11/30 is within 11 month window?

11/30 checks out on 12/1, MS is closed on 1/1, so you would have to wait until Wednesday.

same here that's what they told me this morning. something about NOV having only 30 days in it.
