Nov. 26 thru Dec.2 2006?

Does anyone know of anything extra going on at Disney from Nov. 26 to Dec.2 2006? Thanksgiving will be over and pop warner doesn't start until Dec 3. Are there any conventions or other big things that would make it crowded? We went the last week of Sept. this year and it was so incredible! The crowd blog should of had 1's posted that whole week because there was noone in the parks! It was so weird at Epcot during Illuminations because during the show there were so many places you could could just walk up to to watch. All the rides had 5 or 10min. waits posted but the Cm's said it was really walk on and it was! Then they would let you stay on the ride. Anyway, I would like to duplicate that experience and since Thanksgiving is early again it seems like this week should be very slow. Am I right?

I know my dh will be at the giant autodesk conference but they will be in meetings all day, and I think there is another conference at the contemporary and mousefest starts dec. lst. Good luck. I dont think the lst few days will be that bad. I didnt even make adrs for those days, I will just try walk ups, but the rest of the week I made them.

End of Nov. after Thanksgiving and the beginning of Dec. is the slowest and best time to go. Small crowds, weather not too hot (may be cool to cold at night though), and the Christmas decorations go up right after turkey day.
