With every one of these replies, I'm getting older and older. We booked also with the kids sail free. We were looking at Carnival the same week as its about $1200 cheaper, but trying to convince the hubby to do Disney again. He's actually (GASP!!) tired of Disney. I'll convince him to go though
As much as I'll miss Castaway Cay, I'm looking forward to driving to port!
We are DH Steve (43)
Moi - Deborah (40)

my sister is booked also, with her husband and kids ages 5 & 8

There are a lot of SoCal residents on this thread, so maybe we can have a meet before cruise time. Boutilier, let me know if you want to meet up next weekend at Disneyland. DD (7) and I go pretty often. It would be fun to say a quick "Hello" !Just wanted to see if anyone had planned what excursions they are thinking about doing on this cruise. It will be time to book before we know it! We are heading to Disneyland next Saturday for a short 2 night stay at the Grand California Villas to celebrate my daughter & brothers birthdays. I can't wait to ride the new little mermaid and star tours rides!!
We'll plan on going on Sunday, too. We always go for the birthday. And it is always packed. I'll send a PM with info.Hi Susiesark
We are driving down Saturday morning (6 hour drive for us) and will be hanging around the resort and DTD for the rest of the day. Sunday in the parks and possibly seeing Harry Potter. Goofy's Kitchen for birthday dinner. Drive home Monday so DH can be at work on Tuesday. Let us know if you will be there. I suspect it may be crowded as Sunday is Disneyland's birthday too!!

My DS(26) and DD(31) will be doing some zip lining during one of the stops. My DW and I are looking at maybe doing some ATV'ing. Sitting/Lounging at the beach drinking margaritas sounds good too.Just wanted to see if anyone had planned what excursions they are thinking about doing on this cruise. One more thing... If you hadn't heard, next weekend is "car-mageddon" here on the west side of LA. The 405 will be completely shutdown between the 101 on the north and the 10 on the south. Now I don't expect that you'll be using the the 405 on your way to DL, it will probably have an effect on every freeway surrounding LA. Plan accordingly.Hi Susiesark
