This is Hannosmom, Sarahs (Chichihoney) mom. My very special daughter wanted to do a trip report for our 11/11 double dip. Be kind, this is her first ever report. I will add some comments in blue.
Thursday left the house for Charlotte to visit, and pick up my aunt Debbie to go on the cruise . Friday left her house to sleep at the Marriott near the airport. Marriot had a swat convention . A police officer gave me his shirt when my mom and aunt and I were in the elevator. With the police officer he step out of the elevator he hand me a swat shirt. Mom and dad were in 705 Aunt Debbie and I were in 710 pat and tom next to aunt Debbie and me.
Can you imagine an entire hotel filled with very fit men dressed in tight black t-shirts???? Whoo hooo! I swear the guy in the elevator looked just like Ranger from the Stephanie Plum novels.
Saturday woke up early took a walk with aunt Debbie around a lake went back to the hotel we were leaving to port Canaveral we were sailing on the Disney cruise line Magic. In port we saw alisbrac Davids family we saw a lot of dissers in the terminal.
We were very noticiable in our lime green boas.
We were on deck 8 near Davids stateroom. We had lunch at parrot cay we had table near Dees group after lunch almost time to check out the out the rooms. Then it was time for the dismeet at the promenade lounge We saw Ibouncetoo- Jackie Tiggerspal -peg. We saw diz cruiser Janice and her sister Linda and saw Wendy vanvmom and Tim vanvdad.. After the dis meet it was time for the safety drill after the drill it was time for the sail away party I was on my verandah during the sail away. Pat and tom took me to see the welcome variety show i had table 55 in animator's palate. walked around a little bit before bed .
We were in a midship Cat. 3. If you decide to spring for a cat 3 suite, get one of these. They are worth the $.
Sunday dad woke me up time for breakfast first day at castaway cay pat and tom ate in the room with us. after we were done we went to the gangway to the adult beach. I walk in the water i got out i played in the sand . it was time for lunch i ate near the adult beach i had staek the castmember told dad they can't serve me the food i look young my dad told them she a adult. the castmember carrried my plate to the table and cut it for and put a1 steak sauce on it for me. i went to the ship by my shelf. I walk around the ship after my bath.
Sarah is very tiny (4'6") and looks about 11, but she is 24. I''m sure more than a few people thought she didn't belong in the adult areas. I'm very glad the cm asked about her age, they should do that more often.
Dad mom aunt Debbie pat and tom had palo dinner Sunday night. I went to parrot cay with my disfriends Jackie Peg Janice and her sister Linda . Peg and Jackie had tea for dessert the sever christen had gave them one spoon. it was straight Peg had it pointed to Jackie our server had turnd straight up server was walking behind me i pointed it to jackie the sever had look me at and turned it straight up . we where all laughing. we were almost the last ones out of parrot cay. We had picture taken of all of us at the table.
We had a wonderful Palo dinner, and it was so nice of Jackie, Peg, Janice and Linda to let Sarah eat dinner with them. I had a hard time picturing her sitting at our big table by herself. Thanks my friends, you are very special.
Monday day at sea. Had breakfast at Topsiders ate breakfast with Pat before her Palo brunch. walked around saw vam9495 michelle in the atrium we saw a Mr. toads wild race it look hard for me to do. I watched it .Michelle's family and i went to the lunch at Parrot cay i had a salad a sour cream potatoes soup i like it. After lunch we went to the castaway club for return cruisers. After the cc meet we saw race your vegetables car. then went to the shopping Michelle won a raffle it's a bear with a shirt. We saw Wendy she gave me a ring. I walked with her to my stateroom i had to get my pin bag to show Vito Jr my pins. i also saw the movie cars. i thought i lost my key to the world card it was in my stateroom.
Michelle and Wendy, thank-you! Loved Palo brunch, really love the new bite sized desserts, even though I was too full to try them. The rest of my tablemates gave them a thumbs up.
Monday was Lumieres we could see Jackie and peg they were at table 10. checked my email before bed next morning is Costa Maya we did have David and Ivan of the ruins. We had Ivan, it is a long walk around the ruins. My feet was getting sore i was complaining to dad. Tuesday night was in Animator's palate i was watch TV on the screens in the restaurant.
Wednesday was couzmel i stayed on the ship walked around, ate breakfast at topsiders, and checked my email in Cove cafe. For lunch i ate a tuna melt and a salad I went back to my stateroom their was a bag hanging from the fish. It was from Janice and her sister Linda in the bag I got a shirt with a shark on a waverunner a candy and a coin says I found treasure on Disney Castaway cay on the back says Disney Cruise line. For dinner is Parrot cay pirates in the Caribbean. Jackie, Peg Janice and Linda went to our table to see the costume that i was wearing. I had ordered form the menu. Then after diner was the Pirates of the Caribbean deck party had few desserts. full from dinner.
We dressed in full pirate gear this night. Not too many people in full costume, but almost everyone had something piratey on. This was the only time during the cruise we ran into a rude person. She was saving chairs at the pirate party. Hummmmpphhhh! Oh, I almost forgot (or maybe I wanted to forget) don't sign up for the Villas for Two in the spa on a port day. My DH and I did and we ended up parked right next to a Princess ship The curtains on the villa verandah don't close, so we had a lot of gawkers on the other ship, and I am sure we are now in somebodys vacation pictures.
Thursday day at sea we had alot of things plan dis tour- we saw a cat 1 cat2 and cat3 after the dis tour time for dis lunch at Parrot cay. After lunch i walked around. We got ready for Kris and Jeffs wedding after the wedding it was almost time for dinner i had pictures taken with Minnie and mickey with Janice and Linda i sat with them for dinner. My server came over to talk to me. dinner is in Lumeries.. Peg and Jackie had palo dinner. After dinner i went with Janice and Linda to the room then we went to my room mom was having a sisters chat. i had taken a bath. I got out of the bath it was time for the midnight dessert buffet. It was time for bed tomorrow is Friday Castaway cay day.

We went to the family beach my dad mom aunt Debbie pat and tom had snorkeled i went in to the water it was cold. I sat on my float. i was playing in the sand.. decided to eat lunch before heading back to the ship went to the adult pool to swim i soak in the hot tub went to my room The room host was going to make the beds and clean so I took my clothes with me to deck 9 ladies bathroom, put wet bathing suit in a disney bag. I gave it to mom who was on deck 9. Dad came on he was in the hot tub he called me over i had dropped a sock in the hot tub. Before the sailaway i was in the hot tub with Jackie Peg Janice and Linda Pat and Tom and we had heard the horn 2 times, it was loud ,we had covered our ears. Peg, Jackie, Janice and Linda had a BBC drink and i had white milkt in the hot tub. Watch the last stage show Till we meet again. and It was the last dinner seating Animator's palate.
After dinner was the last character appearance Till we meat again. I had collected pixie dust on deck 4 . Michelle thought i had fallen but i didn't .It was time for bed. saturday wake up early we are leaving the ship we went to the last breakfast. i hugged Jackie and Peg Janice and Linda. they are a good friends and i will missed them
Collecting the pixie dust after Till We Meet Again is a lot of fun and makes a great embellishment to a scrapbook page. I will have to second Sarah here and say how much we enjoyed our DIS friends and we miss you all very much.
