Nov 10-17 - Express pass needed?

I'm trying to figure out if express pass is needed for mid Nov dates or it is on the slower side then. We will mostly be doing the younger kid stuff (kids are 4, 6 and 9 when we go) and Diagon Alley etc.

We can get a group rate to stay at RPR but I'm debating staying off site for more room and the full kitchen hence why I was wondering about the need for express passes.

Any opinions?

You should be OK without Express during those dates.

My experience at that time of year (although I stay onsite for Express) is that you should be just fine. We often entered regular lines due to low waits. I would suggest getting to the park early a few times for Harry Potter rides that don't have Express as well as Minions if that is a priority.
