Noticed changes today from TSS(sponsor)

As I was looking at inventory on TSS(sponsor of this site) I noticed that they have changed the look of their inventory.

I just wanted to note that I think the changes are good so we can see what the listings have in them.

It sure makes their site more user-friendly! I like that I can tell if they have banked points with the contract or not.

Glad to know they strive to sell the properties. (Obviously their incentive is to make money). However, when it comes to "timeshare" or "vacation clubs" they can be difficult to turn over. Typically more sellers than buyers. Seems like DVC is exception to the rule.


Just thankful there is a means to sell the property should that need ever arise.

I'm sure majority of the sellers are going through divorce, death or financial situation and need to sell. I'm sure some are dissatisfied or want to use the money for other things. I just wish the sellers good luck and hope your property sells quickly.
