Nothing available in MK for dinner 8/17??

Hi, I'm trying to book the Jungle Navigation Co. restaurant for dinner Aug 17th, around 5:30-6:00. Dinner times won't even come up-then I tried all of MK for that night, and they all say no availability. Last night I thought it might be an issue with the sight, but this morning it's showing the same thing. Any thoughts??

ok, now I put in Disney springs restaurants along side the MK ones, and the times are now coming up! I guess it was some sort of glitch, but at least now I can book!

Park closes at 6 pm. I haven't followed the MNSSHP threads but sounds like the parties are starting earlier this year. What they have been doing is stopping normal ADRs early to make sure guests get out of the park. Likely you won't be able to book later unless you go via the Party page and you have party tickets. IF that is it.

I know there is also a CM party coming up, not sure the date, and that would close the bookings too.

EDIT: Just glanced at thread and looks like the discussion is that is the first party night.

OMG, now I'm going nuts, put in for Friday, and nothing still coming up! Sun is showing availability, but not Fri. All of MK booked for Friday??

We've been to Disney in August before-as far as Disney Springs and crowds for the week end of August 18 and 19. At that time of the summer, is Disney Springs going to be extremely busy at night? Are we better off to book Disney Springs for dinner that Sun instead of Fri or Sat,. would there be a difference in crowd levels on a Sun compared to a Fri or Sat? When we want to shop there, we head down first thing in the morning, when it's empty, but I know at night it's a whole different story!
