If financing with Disney, I know they can take payments directly out of your checking account...can they take the dues out monthly too (or even yearly, quarterly, whatever so I don't have to worry about writing a check.)

hi: they take our dues directly from our checking account monthly. at the end of the year, they send a statement that breaks down what part of your dues went to property taxes, which are deductible on your income taxes.

Do you pay dues quarterly or monthly once you have paid off the Vacation Club or do you need to pay in full at the beginning of each year?

I have some time before this is an issue for me, but just curious.

You can pay the dues either monthly by direct withdrawal from your checking account or yearly in one lump sum.

You don't have to finance through DVC to be able to pay dues monthly. I got my own financing and still was able to set-up the monthly debit from my checking. They will only do it as a direct debit, you can't send checks monthly. You have the choice of the 1st of the month or the 15th.
