HHN is closed and the wait just to pay for valet is a good hour, with probably another for the car to arrive. Here are some notes while waiting.
Was here for media event which was basically a RIP tour. Saw all houses plus Bill & Ted. B and T is much improved this year from last. It's Star Trek heavy and there is an MJ tribute plus lots of Twilight and gratuitous dancing. The plot ties loosely into the HHN theme.
Best house was Chucky hands down. Chucky with a machine gun rocks!
Second best was Saw. It's very set based and captures the movie atmosphere nicely.
Spawning has potential, even if only for the disorientation potential.
Soundstages were good....very detailed...but none stood out as a huge wow.
Leave it to Cleaver was disapointing because I was expecting something like Psychoscarapy.
I won't judge Silver Screams yet because it seemed to have potential but just seemed off. The facade is awesome.
We managed to do an extra Chucky and Saw.
We're going to Busch tomorrow so back to HHN next Thurs.
