I just saw this on my plans and it’s on my checkout day for 11pm - what does it mean besides an actual hi lol

I’m confused—is it saying your checkout time is for 11pm or was it a mistake and supposed to be 11am?? Weird!

It was just a note to say Hi and when I click it it says Have a magical trip! - they said a cast member put it in, maybe when I called with a tech issue

That is definitely weird. I'd ask for further clarification, I don't think it's something a CM should be doing.

I had difficulty seeing the shared plans among my friends and family list even though all of our accounts were set to share plans. I chatted with a CM and they fixed it by adding a note to my MDE. Once the date set on the note passes, the note will automatically disappear.

No it is just a note in the Itinerary that shows for your reservation. It just needs a title and when / what to do and someone chose to say Hi and list a time in the message body. The time is a field but does nothing.

The entry was likely created by a CM while assisting the Guest with at technical question about getting something to appear in the Reservation itinerary. Also anyone in your Friends & Family list that has access can add these types of entries.

My only concern is, if it has a time associated with it, could it mess with booking LL's @Dave006? An 11PM wouldn't do anything but could a note with a different time alter availability?

No not for this type of entry. It is just a note.

But if you add some of the time block activities of in-park items like Merry Menagerie at AK that have a range of show times. These types of entries would block your LLMP available return times. You add these type of entries with the "Add to My Day" link from within MDE.

Does that make sense? It is a little convoluted...
