Not sure where this should be posted....cake question....

Our DS will be turning 1 while we are in Disney the end of this month. We have a few dinners planned where I have a cake coming out, but we would like to do something small and private on his actual birthday - I have seen some pictures of people that have had cakes waiting in their room and I would LOVE to do something like that.

Who would I call? Should I call my resort or the WDW bakery?

I would call your resort. The 2 bakeries (The GF bakery and the Boardwalk bakery) only deliver to GF restaraunts and BW restaraunts. Is there a full service restaraunt at OKW (read in your sig that's where you're staying)? We'll be there for our dd's 6th birthday this year, we were there last year for her 5th, and had a cake brought out at LTT at dinner. This year we're having her birthday dinner at 1900 Park Fare, I haven't ordered the cake yet though. I do know that you can order cakes from either bakery and pick them up.
Anyway, don't know if I've been much help to you, maybe others will have some more info. Hope your ds has a wonderful 1st birthday!
