We are looking to do an add on. Is $140 per point too much to pay for at Beach Club? I am looking for any information I can get.
Any idea what the average per point cost is at Beach Club?
Thank you

For others reading if one is going to pay this much it might actually be just as good to go retail, esp if it's not a loaded contract. We are looking to do an add on. Is $140 per point too much to pay for at Beach Club? I am looking for any information I can get.

Often smaller contracts are stripped, this could have easily been as much or more than a retail purchase. It was for 75 points.
If it's the "pending" sale on The Timeshare Store, the contract had 70 2017 points and all 2018 points.Often smaller contracts are stripped, this could have easily been as much or more than a retail purchase.
For a smaller contract at 75 points, I'd agree. Get the points, ? more UY choice and get points to bank even if late in the UY. However the first question for this situation is whether it's reasonable to buy at all for that price and I think the answer is no for many situations. If it's the "pending" sale on The Timeshare Store, the contract had 70 2017 points and all 2018 points.
The cost difference between a direct contract and this one is so small that, IMO, it's worth going direct in order to get all 2017 points, get them immediately and have all of the full benefits of membership. Closing costs for the buyer are so high compared to DVD's closing costs that it practically negates the difference.
