Not So Scary Halloween Party

I know the tickets to the Halloween Party say 7:00, but I read on the boards that we are allowed in early. Does anyone know what time we would be allowed in (without using a day pass)

I want to say it is like 4:00p.m. or 4:30p.m., that you can get in with your Halloween party ticket.
