I'm wondering where and when I should purchase tickets for Mickey's Not So Scarey Halloween Party.

I'm a newbie to this event, and really going forward to it.

Let's be clear though...Disneyland does not call their halloween party "Not So Scary", they call it "Mickey's Halloween Party."

I believe you have to call in. Also DVC owners can buy now.
