Why does Disney not show all available staterooms on thier site?

Not sure what you mean? It will only show you the category you have selected and then it will only show you rooms that will fit the number in your party.

I have heard that Disney will not show all available staterooms at times. Wondered if it was so?

As noted, it will only show you the specific category room that you're looking for and that will accomodate the number of people on your reservation. I believe they also just show you up to six rooms at a time. If there's a specific room you're interested in, I believe you can ask for it.

It is. I've also noticed they all will show up on one side or the other sometimes too. It'd be nice if they at least always gave the option of either side until they are booked up on one side.
