I'm hoping it will be. I can tell you that we've been through a number of different episodes. Most of the time, if the parents are decent, caring people, it will work, because they put themselves into your position and set their idiot kids straight.

Thanks Hara. I have put out a few feelers today, and word seems to be that the parents are decent, and the kid is an idiot all around.

Drinking and drugs issues, Cole's had classmates starting in 4th grade, doing foolish things. So football camp, drinking, could be.

My lesson to Cole has always been, drinking, drugs, weapons, self cutting (yep 6th grade) report it. If you are with friends and they start drinking or drugging, call home we come get you no questions ask.

So, calling his parents was . But please explain to your son that girls are weird and immature and sometimes like to "I have 2 boys wanting to see me" You may now need to meet the young ladies parents as well. If Cole was I'd want to know.

Thanks c1m! Girl says she did not give out phone number. Her phone was off when DS was trying to reach her, and when she did turn it on, she had several messages from ex, which she was ignoring. She told DS to ignore him, too, he was probalby drinking.....a factor in their breakup, plus he was cheating on her.

Many of the boys at football would know DS's cell, many play baseball with DS. I'm thinking he was with a group of buddies, who were harrassing him for "losing" said girl to a 10th grader, and he decides to show off and call DS.

I like the "get to see me in person" I am not so good on confrontation, but the phone conversation went well (DH called, not me, but I was on the extension).

I can do without the drama completely!
DS says friend.girl is not afraid of said ex, just thinks he is an idiot not worthy of her time.
I was afraid he might have been violent with her or something, it is in the news all the time.

We are now hoping the problem is solved, ex's parents will handle it and there will be no more drama or threats to DS. Feel free to pray for my sanity!

I have been such a bad randomite!!!! I am sorry! It is a 2008 Dodge Caliber, great on gas, and perfect for us!! We have a warranty and roadside assistance for the length of our term (5years), so we are thrilled!!! It is such a load off of our minds! And the best thing is that our payments never went up, and the insurnace will be $10 more a month!!

We all took the plunge over the weekend and made some of the Tie Dye mickey head shirts too (DD made a pair of panties for herself too!!)LOL A few of them need some touch ups with a bleach pen, but they turned out great otherwise!! I am going to be touching those up this morning. I am also thinking about doing those pastey swirly mickey head shirts too! Those are great!!


Well I am off to bleach some mickeys and DD is begging to go swimming this afternoon, so I will see you guys later tonight!! Have a great day!!

Take a pic of the shirts! I made some for last year and we are taking them for a return trip, they all still fit. I did the swirly ones, also, but youngest DD's is too tight, so I need to make her another one if we are to wear them.

Tutoring went well today.........
even though my "real" job is a teacher, this is way more intense...follows a very specific lesson plan that I have to come up with all the activities and words, and it is taking me a long time to do it!

DD12 (the needy one) wanted me to play tennis with her this afternoon, she was bored from not doing anything in the AM while I was at tutoring.
It was "ONLY" 75 here today. We both ended up dripping with sweat in about five minutes. We both stink at tennis anyway!

DD9 is now starving........and not big on snack shack food except the candy.....so I need to fix her a "pre-dinner" which is going to be her favorite veggie "smashed corn" the extra sweet corn now cut off the cob...

I did buy pork chops to grill tomorrow, since ball ends tonight! Woo Hoo

I was even thinking of adding a potato to that menu, meat and potato, DH will be so happy!

I have been such a bad randomite!!!! I am sorry! We have been so busy, and our car (2003 PT Cruiser) decided that a lot of pricey things would go wrong with it in a very short time. That put us in a tough spot because we need a reliable car for DH's work and we are driving to Minneapolis (8 hours) for a way cheaper flight! So we went to a dealership yesterday and bought a new car (traded the PT in)!!! The dealership bought out our loan on it, which we owed way more than the car was worth, and we took a new loan out for this car! It is a 2008 Dodge Caliber, great on gas, and perfect for us!! We have been slowing gathering stuff for our trip...lol we are getting in a lot of our fall clothes, and the stores are selling off the summer clothes cheap!! I have gotten a new bathing suit for myself, DD has gotten some new shorts, as did DH! We all have gotten new sandals, so they are getting broken in slowly! This trip is comming really quickly now (but now that I have said that to you, time will stand still!! LOL). My BIL and his family are comming and staying at ASMu family suites and we are in a room ajoining with MIL! But MIL hasn`t bought her flight yet, and our flight down has sold out as did BIL`s! So I am getting on her case to book her flight this week, plus she has to have her final payment in to Disney by the first week in September!! She has only left the deposit!! LOL she is a procrastinator that is for sure!! ( and I am such a planner it is soo frustrating for me!!!)

Boy some of your trips are comming soon!! I bet you guys are getting excited!!
