We will probably take the train in so something near the train station or something close to Broadway?

I can tell you that my favorite hotel, which is in the center of Times Square, is the Marriott Marquis. They do offer many good deals throughout the year. It's a beautiful hotel, great views and centrally located. Is stayed there because my DD's HS always made their school dinner there and the year she graduated from HS, the seniors were invited, too. So we made a weekend trip of it.
I would be happy to do research if you give me a better idea of type of hotel and price range.

On the plane or sitting in the airport, I do fill-it-ins. I love them. They look like crossword puzzles but there are no hints just words that have to be filled in into the correct boxes. Could be quite challenging.

I am reposting this for you, ilovedisney1.

Also, DS loves to talk, and since DH and DD won't be coming this trip,I'm sure he'll keep me occupied the entire time. It's less than 3 hours for me, so it's not too bad.

I don't think my mom will want anything too expensive all we need is a place to put our bags and rest our heads at night :thumbsup2 I would probably want to stay in the Boadway/Time Square Section ::yes::

I agree with you about not taking an expensive hotel, but there are many awful places around and I wouldn't want you to get stuck there. The big chains have lower priced hotels very close by, that are still quite nice.

Here in NY, they are sold at all of the newsstands. I'm sure they are probably sold at the airport newsstands, too. They look like crossword puzzles but have no numbers or clues.

I have never seen something like that.

I looked on hotels.com and I was able to find Hilton NY for a reasonable price. Once my school comes out with this years schedule I will be able to plan better. My birthday always falls around spring break so we will probably go around that time ::yes::

I am still here. I was trying to look for a website to find things to do on a plane or for traveling.

For those of you who have never met Mama Jean

Hi Snow, Hi Hara, Hi i:love:

Hows the weather, Hara? Storms passed through today with winds and rain, but fine now. DS won the second ball game, too, so they play the second place team Tuesday for a trophy.

Snow, do you like to do sudoko? I do.

i:lovestruc be sure to enjoy everything for us!
