I don't want to open up a can of worms & if the mod's on this board want to lock this thread after my post, I will understand. I just want to let everyone know that the CM who told my sister that Disney would be crediting back the balance that I did manage to pay off on Sunday from the glitched rates... was correct. I am not showing the credit on my online credit card account summary however, it is showing a credit back on "My Disney Vacations" site in their offical web sit. So yeah I did manage to pay it off, but they didn't keep it. They never emailed me about it either
You would think that they would have contacted me somehow. They have my name, address, telephone number & email address. There has been no communication from them. Had I not looked just now, I wouldn't have known. Yesterday I was showing a $0 balance, now I am showing one.

Yes, it is only the balance part that I paid off on Sunday that they credited back. They did keep the deposit... and yes, I guess they weren't suppose to take it over the phone
, but they did... I also recently emailed a friend of mine that use to work in CRO (now she is in payroll with Disney) & she said she is pretty sure that they will honor the rates. Pretty much as others are saying. Now we all need to hope we have gas to get there
