Not only 20 pounds lost but a size too! Yahoo!

I am jumping for joy!

Went shopping tonight and picked up a size 22/24 dress outfit for upcoming cruise as they were clearance $7.00 for top/bottom, I wear a 26/28 sometimes 30 in pants... so I was thinking by 3/38 I may be able to fit it. Well out of curiousity I tried it on and OMG it fits! The shirt is very long, past waist and tapers to the left and that is the only part that is a lil snug, but it fits... OMG! I also pulled out a pair of 22's I had bought last year when I tried to diet and they were $30.00 pants on sale for $2.00 Clearance, well they fit too. Top button is a lil snug, but I never got them past my thighs before. I am so happy! Thanks wishers!!!!

Don't give up, once you break a goal, my first was 20 pounds you will feel so good. Also I've learned not to check the scale all the time, my weight bounces a bit from day to day... between 1-2.5 pounds on average so I've learned to have a weight day each week... good luck and if you need anything please PM or email me... darlenenjake@aol.com
