What one item do you pack in your luggage for trips that is not on a common packing list?

I take a small Cutting board and a spreader. Like the ones from pampered chef.

What do you do with it?

I bring my own Chef knives. Can't trust what you find in AirBnb's.

I pack a corkscrew and a paring knife, so we can have wine and cheese/crackers in our room. Of course, this is more challenging if I'm traveling with just a carry-on (but they have Dollar Tree in Florida, so sometimes we make a stop there to get the items we couldn't bring in a carry-on. Don't care if I have to leave a few behind- they only cost $1.. well, $1.25 now, I guess.)
