Not impressed with Via Napoli

All of you who have *not* cared for VN, have you ever tried Tutto Italia and did you have a better experience there? I'm debating between the two for our upcoming trip. Thanks!

I haven't eaten at the actual restaurant but we ate at the wine cellar (attached to the restaurant) in April and loved it. The food was amazing and the service was top-notch.
