Not happy

Got home yesterday and finished the unpacking today. Went to put on something to wear---why not put on new Mickey shirt that I bought as I was leaving to come home. Guess what --- it does not fit. Can't find the receipt---bought the size I always buy--how can I go about getting one that fits?? Anyone know?

Call Disney Merchandising and see if they can help you. I'm sure they can sell you another one -- not sure about an exchange.

We did same thing one time on 4 shirts total,couldn't find receipt either.Folded and put back in Disney Bag and on next trip 7 months later on return trip.They exchanged them for me no problem when I told CM what happened.I don't know if this was standard policy or I was lucky.

I am going back in July and I will try this. If it doesn't work I will give it to one of the girls that went with us. Thanks for answering.

The tag is still on? On a trip last month, a friend returned a shirt she bought for another friend last December that turned out to be too small. She didn't have the receipt, they offered an exchange or store credit. She found something else to use the store credit on.
