Not getting any disney e-mails at all :(

I have followed all the steps according to the board on making sure disney is not in my junk e-mail box. Ive been going to the disneyworld.com website saving vactions of all sorts. Even had my husband try it. I have gotten one exit survey in 3 months of trying, he has gotten 20 in the last 3 days. Today I got a CM thru chat I commented that I am not receiving any e-mails from disney not even newsletters and his comment was that the PINs are all randomly generated and to call the chat number to check if my information has been entered correctly. I think that somehow we are put on the "unworthy list" for a discount. I have been signed up to disneyworld.com for over a year and have not gotten a single e-mail from them. I have checked my account settings and I have the receive stuff from disney checked off my e-mail adress is correct mailing address correct. :confused3

I am not sure how disney chooses who gets a discount and who doesn't but following the disboard steps does not work for everyone. I think maybe its because I am Canadian and Canadians get less discount offers the the UK or Americans do. I hope to be booking my trip in a week I am just waiting to hear from our friends who may or may not go with us.:hug:
 
I've been signed up for almost 3 years now and I have NEVER received a pin. And I'm working on planning trip #3. I price things out, save them, fill out surveys and I haven't gotten squat (other than emails from disney shopping and the insider newsletter). I'm still hoping that one day I'll get a magical pin code :confused3
 
:confused3 Thats the thing I dont even get the Newsletters or things from Disney shopping If I did I would at least feel better about it because then I would a have some sort of confirmation that my e-mail address was in the database.:sad2:
 
If it helps you feel any better (like it isn't just you) I have now registered two different emails and save 5 new trips for each every week because I got sick of seeing everybody else say how all they did was save a few offers and it not working for me...

Nothing.

It's really annoying me at this point because it not fair that some people get to go 30% off and I have to pay full price because their system just doesn't like to pick me. Then again, I've spent my whole life being the one who just doesn't qualify for whatever cool thing... I'm the person in the store who gets in line and then finds out she is behind the person who gets in an argument with the cashier- then watches two new lines open and people from other lines get invited over.
 

I have tried for years to get pins and never got them. It was so frustrating that I joined DVC last year and now don't have to worry about them!
 
I too seem to not get their emails. I do get the Disney Insider but nothing else. I have been signed up for years. I recently created a new account with a new hotmail email address. Within a day, I started getting emails - shopping as well as a couple from Disney Destinations. But, no pin yet. I keep trying!
