Not booking Package with Disney-Are there other tickets that allow early entrance

If I'm not booking a package through Disney are there any other tickets that allow early entrance..even on select days. I read somewhere that Good Neighbor hotels sell one that allow early entrance...Is this true?

I'm pretty sure Early Entry has been discontinued for now, whether you book through Disney or not.

I was wondering why that is? I always thought that was a good

reason to stay ON SITE!!!

I'm not sure either. I bet it would bring more people to the hotels. I personally kind of like that they haven't brought it back. It's nice to be on an even playing field whether you stay on-site or not.
