Not all tickets showing in MDE?

Just curious if this is common. I currently have 2 reservations linked in MDE and 1 on a courtesy hold (expires today - wanted to grab it when the Visa deal came out in case it was gone when my TA was able to call, but she got the same thing). So, there are a bunch of tickets showing in my account, but only for 3 of the 5 people on our party (for all 3 reservations). It's just showing me, my daughter, and my youngest son (2 adults, 1 child) and not showing tickets for my husband or my older son (both Disney adults). Any idea why that is? I'll call them to fix it after I'm down to 1 reservation (probably next week I'll make final decision between 2 resorts). I'm assuming if it was still like that during my FP+ window, I'd be hosed and couldn't make FP reservations for all 5 of us.

No one else in my family has an MDE account either so not sure why they wouldn't all show up. Everyone is in my account, and everyone is appropriately listed on the reservations in MDE.
 
It’s because you have packages booked.

After you finalize your plans, the FP FAQ has all the info such as this for people who have packages:

For onsite guests with a room/ticket package, the 60-day prebooking window will not appear until the 60-day mark. Before this point, it is normal for various members and/or their tickets to not appear on the MDX account. The entire traveling party and their tickets will appear at the 60-day mark in almost all cases. It is generally not possible to practice booking FPs beforehand in this situation.

Thanks for that! I hadn't seen it. That's so weird that they can't show all the people in the party ahead of time...and makes me nervous. If they doesn't magically appear at the 60 day mark, you get hosed on FP+. I mean, I'm a data geek and former programmer, so not sure how it would show 3 random people on the party but not the other 2.
 
It’s because the system recognizes a “Package” but not the individual components until everything is processed and ready to open 60 days out.

In packages, you have inactive tickets that become active on your actual check-in date. It’s the “package” that allows you to book your FPs, not tickets because they aren’t active.

I'm having the same problem, too. I noticed that only two out of four of us are showing tickets for our package. I called a few minutes ago and the cast member told me the same thing - that it was a package "bug" and that it would be correct at 60 days. I sure hope that's true - I will not be a happy camper if I get to FP+ day and I don't have all my tickets! I'm a former programmer, too - I can't help but try to figure out why it is this way! Totally doesn't make sense. :surfweb:

Based on their website performance they have a QA problem LOL.
