Folks help me understand...
I thought BWV room types and point fees were all dependent and equal based on view. Thus a standard is a standard and a garden/pool view is the same. So how is it that in reserving a standard that had some defects we were switched to the same studio type room on the same floor and the other was "slightly" larger but considered a garden view. The rooms were 150' apart and had the same view. I am thankful for the change but don't understand how you have 2 classes with the same view?
