ok, this doesn't have to do with Disney, but I just want to vent b/c it got me really p/oed
Alright. In english today, we were going to this poetry thingy in the auditorium. Before we went, we were handing in our projects, and sitting around waiting for our teacher to let us go. So the girl that sits next to me is Allison. I would consider her my friend. The girl in front of her in Lindsay. I would consider her a friend too. Allison and Lindsay are better friends with each other than I am with either of them. I mean, we're close enough so that I would invite them to a sleep over party, but wouldn' tell them who I like (for the reasons you'll read later). So Lindsay and Allison were talking and I wasn't paying much attention until I turned around to look at the clock, and I heard Lindsay say my name. Allison was like no Lindsay! Don't! And what Lindsay had said sounded like she was going to tell me something about Allison that she didn't want to tell me. This happens a lot. I was like tell me what. And Allison was giving dirty looks to Lindsay, so I was just like the heck with you and turned around.
Then when we were leaving as a class. Allison left with Lindsay, probably so Allison could say that she didn't want her saying something. (a little background info: 1. in fifth grade, allison moved to our town. I was sort of friendly with her. she was having a party and I wasn't invited. when I found out, being the overly sensitive person I am, I started to cry- I absolutely hate when this happens to me. 2. About two years ago, I was having a b-day party, and I invited Allison. She couldn't come- as I later found out- b/c she was having her own party, and I wasn't invited. 3. Last year, these stupid spanish girls like pushed me in the hall. Again, being the ovely sensitive person i am, i started crying. it wasnt that it hurt, but it startled me. My friend Meghan was there and she was like its alright, shes stupid anyway, trying to make me feel better. and 4. Everyday after english, allison always says that she has to walk with me to math, b/c Lindsay isnt in the same hallway. it seems to me that she only wants to be friends with me when her first choice isnt ther.
Ok, so now you see Allison isn't always nice, and Meghan usually is)
Anyway, so Allison left with Lindsay, so I went over to complain to Meghan (b/c I do that a lot and cant help it) that Allison only wants to be friends with me when Lindsay isnt there. I only got up to saying that Allison only wants, when Allison came in and was like Katie!! Katie!! I have to walk with you!! So I'm like great. I'm having a perfect day.
So down in the auditorium, I wanted to sit next to Meghan, b/c she and this girl Crystian are like my best friends in that class.
So it was getting really boring in there b/c these poems were like so deep and I wasn't enjoying them.. I still was clapping for them. Ok, so it's dark, I'm bored, and I have a cold. I wasn't clapping very enthusiasticly, but the way I clap, it's loud. So I'm clapping, and Meghan was doing her h.w. Then she said, stop doing that. I though she meant stop fidgeting b/c I was moving around a lot ( I can't sit still for a long time). Then at the end of it, I was so happy, I clapped louder. It's the kind of clap that has like two seconds in between each clap. And then Meghan grabs my hands kind of hard and squeezes them and says stop doing that, it is so obnoxious. I was like so stunned all I could say was I'm sorry, Meghan.
When we were walking out of the auditorium, I had to walk with Allison, and I needed to complain, so I told her. I was like so mad that Meghan did that, even though that's the way I clap.
Uhhhhhhhh...... I know you probably didn't need to hear most of that, but now I feel better. i have a soccer game tonight (and of course it's cold) so I have to start my homework.

I have some friends like Allison... they only talk to me if there's no one else to talk to. It sounds like maybe she isn't a friend you need to have. Like don't ignore her or anything, still act nice and stuff, but if she's not making an effort to be friends with you, don't make too much of an effort to be friends with her either.
